RecallSpeak / Account deletion
The mobile release build includes an in-app deletion control. This page explains the steps, the app-managed data it removes, and records controlled separately by app stores and service providers.
In-app flow
Signing out or uninstalling the app does not delete the account.
Use the RecallSpeak account you want to delete.
Select Delete account from the account section and review the consequences.
Confirm the permanent request. Manage any active store subscription separately.
The flow removes the RecallSpeak authentication account and app-managed data linked to it: the minimized learning profile, confirmed learning needs, conversation candidates, lesson and review progress, scheduling data, and web-push subscription data. RecallSpeak does not retain raw audio, full transcripts, or voiceprints as account data.
Apple and Google may retain transaction records under their legal and accounting obligations. RevenueCat may retain purchase and entitlement records under its provider rules. A minimal consent or deletion audit record may remain without audio. OpenAI retention depends on the endpoint and account settings.
Deleting a RecallSpeak account does not cancel an App Store or Google Play subscription. Cancel renewal in the same store account used to purchase it. The store controls billing, cancellation timing, and transaction history.
Use the VeriGrid Labs contact form and include “RecallSpeak account deletion” plus the email address used for the account. Do not send passwords, voice recordings, or payment details.
Deleted learning history and scheduling data may not be recoverable through RecallSpeak. Store purchase records and provider-side retention are not erased by uninstalling the app or deleting the RecallSpeak account.
